1. Products (Agricultural Inputs & Seedlings)
a) Returns
- Products (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, farm inputs) can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Perishable items such as seedlings and live plants cannot be returned once delivered, unless they arrived damaged or in poor condition.
b) Replacements
- If you receive defective or wrong products, we will replace them at no extra cost.
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.
c) Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.
2. Services (Greenhouse Construction, Irrigation Systems, Fish Ponds, etc.)
a) Cancellations
- Service cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled work date.
- Cancellations made after work has started may not be eligible for a refund.
b) Deposits
- Deposits paid for custom services (e.g., greenhouse, pond, irrigation setup) are non-refundable, as materials are purchased and preparations are made immediately after confirmation.
c) Service Quality Guarantee
- If a service is not delivered as agreed in the signed quotation/contract, Shamba Shine Co. Ltd will make reasonable corrections at no extra charge.
- We cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by external factors (e.g., weather, soil conditions, pest damage).
3. Process for Returns or Refunds
To request a return, replacement, or refund:
- Contact us via phone or email within the required timeframe.
- Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Share photos/videos if the issue is product/service related.
- Our team will review and provide feedback within 3–5 working days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or returns will not be granted in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Services altered or interfered with by third parties after installation.
- Delays or failures caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
